Nikon

And because I am very busy and I do not have the time to take/make/edit photos this month I thought I’d take a simple shot at my lens cap showing in a way my affection towards my camera.I know that we shouldn’t get attached to things but I can’t help it 😛 It’s my camera and I love it!

  1. I decided way back in high school that I would not love inanimate things. I like them or dislike them, but my love is reserved for people. Maybe a little for Zoey the Cool Cat, too…………lol

    • I understand your point of view and I respect it, but I consider that facts are much more important than words.Personally I prefer to feel love rather than hear the word “love”.I do not consider that I have disrespect for the word “love” if I say that I love my camera because in a way it is true.If tomorrow I’d see it crushed or something I’d surely cry.It is a big part of my life and it helps me go on.Sometimes my camera (and taking photos) is the only thing that makes me smile at the end of the day.So you can name this as you consider. These days people tend to play a lot with words but I don’t.It’s just my humble opinion 🙂 I hope I made myself understood, I’m really tired and it’s harder for me to think in english.I wish you a very nice day!:)

      • I understand, Livia. I just always remember something that my wise old grandmother taught me when I was but a child of 11 when I cried because my brother destroyed my model airplane: “You can always replace material possessions, so there is no need to fall in love with them.”
